Soothing honey toast lunch🥪🤤🤤.

So many people don’t like honey added to their edibles because of the sugary taste but this toast seems to hit different with honey. That afternoon I was tired and lazy to cook then I decided to make a rechauffe 😃 I looked around for left overs of food i could probably make something out of. I went to my fridge and saw slices of bread from the breakfast of yesterday and there was a pot of stew on the gas left over from yesterday also. Without wasting time I filled in the slices of bread with the stew and covered them up and put them in the toaster to roast ✨ After three minutes of toasting I decided I had to put some topping on the toast so I could enjoy my little meal. Looking around and finding no topping or whatsoever, I saw a bottle of honey on the dinning 😁 “yes!” I exclaimed and sprinkled about three drops of honey around my toast. It made the toast extra presentable and fun to eat. You should try it sometime 👀❤️

LETS TALK ABOUT EGUSI🥵

What can you see? I bet your taste buds are screaming right now if you’re a fan of “swallow “

You know what comes after this kind of scrumptious meal?👀 – a good 4 hours sleep😂

You should just remove your shirt…put on your air conditioner and allow it to dry your sweat because you wouldn’t eat this food without sweating if you know what I mean😏.

That there is local egusi soup. Mostly eaten by Igbo people in fact it’s their favorite food🤗 . You can either eat it with starch of your choice. Eg semovita , ayoola, plantain flour, pounded yam, or eba😋

Breakfast at my House

Breakfast is anything you can have in the morning. Either light or heavy foods. I mostly advice and emphasize on light foods in the morning. Taking myself for example I rarely eat breakfast mostly because it affects my stomach throughout that morning but then I realized it was due to my intake of heavy foods in the morning such as rice, starch and soup, and so on. Recommended breakfast goes as follows; Scrambled eggs with tea , bacon and bread , salad and chicken. All these are examples of healthy breakfast you could eat. They result in the breaking and shredding of fat and metabolism. Also ease in excretion🤫 So start today with a good and healthy breakfast. Eat healthy….live longer💫😉
